1. Who we are
VENTA Hybrid Virtual Drum Machine ("VENTA", "we", "us") is an audio web application designed by Tony G and operated at ventadrums.com. For any privacy enquiry, contact us at the email shown on the website.
2. Data we process
VENTA runs entirely in your browser. We do not require an account, we do not collect names, emails, addresses or payment data. All audio you create, record, export or download is generated locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
3. Technical data
Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (IP address, browser type, timestamp, requested URL) for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic statistics. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify you personally.
4. Cookies and local storage
VENTA may use your browser's local storage to remember UI preferences and your in-session recordings. This data stays on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
Because we do not store personal data, there is normally nothing to access, rectify or delete on our side. You can clear any locally stored data at any time from your browser settings. If you believe we hold personal data about you, you may contact us to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
6. Third parties
VENTA does not sell or share data with advertisers. Infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) process only the technical data described above, strictly to deliver the service.
7. Children
VENTA is a general-audience creative tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
